Ako odlučite kupiti opremu po niskoj cijeni, provjerite da li vi komunicirate sa stvarnim prodavateljem. Saznajte što više informacija o vlasniku opreme. Jedan od načina prijevare je da se predstave kao prava tvrtka. U slučaju sumnje, obavijestite nas o tome radi dodatne kontrole, putem obrasca za povratne informacije.
Prije nego što odlučite izvršiti kupnju, pažljivo pregledajte nekoliko prodajnih ponuda kako biste razumjeli prosječnu vrijednosti odabranog modela opreme. Najčešći tip prijevare. Nepošteni prodavatelji mogu zatražiti određeni iznos predujma kako bi "zarezervirali" vaše pravo na kupnju opreme. Dakle, prevaranti mogu prikupiti veliki iznos i nestati, i više se ne pojavljivati.

- Zamjena vlastitih podataka u fakturi stvarne tvrtke
- Prije prijenosa, provjerite jesu li navedeni detaljie ispravni i odnose li se na navedenu tvrtku.

Reel structure and function
The reel consists of a solid structure of electro-welded and machined elements. The expanding mandrel can unwind to the left and to the right. Spreading is performed hydraulically via operating elements from the control panel. The reel is equipped with a three-phase motor with which the reel crown can be wound and unwound in set-up mode. In automatic mode
it can be unwound either via the preset pressure or via the continuous winding control
Control description
The reel is driven by a frequency-controlled three-phase motor. The loop control between the reel and the following machine is controlled contact-free by an ultrasonic sensor. The analogue control ensures smooth
continuous operation of the reel. All system functions can be operated in set-up and automatic mode

Design and function
The coil turner is made of solid electro-welded and machined steel plates
manufactured. After welding
the entire machine body was stress annealed to avoid distortion. Coils can be removed from the pallet. The suspension of the turning device is realised with generously dimensioned ball bearings
exactly in the centre of gravity of the turning device. The mechanical load is therefore very low. Thanks to the use of non-return valves and the hydraulic circuit specially designed for the turning device
it is possible to stop the coil in any position from 0-90°. For the placement of several narrow coils
the movable staking bars can be inserted depending on the number of coils. If the coil turner is integrated into a complete system
coils with different outer diameters can be adapted to the coiler mandrel height using the coil lifting device
