AIRPROTECH RC 1W-RTO ostala industrijska oprema

- Takav zahtjev treba biti alarmantan, najvjerojatnije komunicirate s prevarantom.
- Zamjena vlastitih podataka u fakturi stvarne tvrtke
- Prije prijenosa, provjerite jesu li navedeni detaljie ispravni i odnose li se na navedenu tvrtku.

Observations
Pre-concentration abatement plant and thermal regenerative combustion
Composed of:
Filtration unit, rotary zeolite concentrator, 2 burners, 3 blowers and thermal oxidizer.
Entry conditions:
Design flow rate: 40,000 Nm³/h, temperature: 25 °C, relative humidity: 50 %, contaminants: non-chlorinated VOCs, maximum inlet VOC concentration: 305 mg/Nm³, average LHC: 7,500 kcal/kg, dust: <3 mg/Nm³. Output conditions after RC unit: Maximum flow rate: 40,150 Nm³/h, temperature: 30-50 °C, maximum COT concentration: 20 mgC/Nm³.
The plant consists of two fundamental units:
- Pre-concentration unit
- Oxidation unit
• Pre-concentration unit:
The total flow of air from its departments is transported to the preconcentration unit, which consists of an RC-101 concentrator, an F-101 filtration unit, and a BL-101 process fan.
The VOC-concentrated process air is purified by the RC-101 concentrator, which is manufactured with a No. 1 zeolite rotor. The process air is then expelled into the atmosphere through a chimney.
The advantage of this process is therefore to have a very small thermal oxidizer, with the consequent minimization of operating costs.
The rotor, which forms the core of the plant, is made of adsorbent active material contained in a rotating structure. The adsorbent material is composed of a structured ceramic support, with a high-density hydrophobic coating, on which the solvents are adsorbed.
Zeolites offer the great advantage of not being combustible. In addition, they are inert, highly stable, resistant to water and acids, and can operate at temperatures of up to 600 °C.
Working Principle:
The desorption air, extracted before the concentrator, first passes through the rotor and cools the newly regenerated zeolite sector. Subsequently, after heating through a B-101 burner, it is introduced into the desorption zone.
The high-concentration output stream from the concentrator is sent to the regenerative thermal oxidation unit, where it is completely purified.
• Oxidation unit:
The combustion unit consists of a main oxidation chamber with a burner and two preheating/heat recovery chambers.
The main oxidation chamber consists of a carbon steel main structure coated with ceramic fiber to ensure a working temperature of 800°C. The preheating/heat recovery chambers contain ceramic honeycombs and, once in operation, function alternately as a preheater for gases to be burned and as a heat recovery for purified fumes.
The polluted air from the preconcentration unit is sucked in by the BL-01 centrifugal fan and led to the thermal oxidizer. It passes alternately through the R.C.U.C. (Ceramic Regenerative Combustion Unit) combustion unit.
FILTRATION UNIT: Maximum air flow: 44,000 m³/h. Operating temperature: 20 °C. 16 pre-filters: Interchangeable media type (Class G4). The filtration unit includes the following devices: Housing with nozzles for differential pressure gauges. Inlet and outlet flange for process gas piping.
BROKEN CONCENTRATOR: Adsorbent active material: Zeolites. Number of sectors: 3. Maximum process flow: 41,000 Nm³/h. Maximum concentration of contaminants at the inlet: 305 mg/Nm³. Process temperature: 20 °C. Maximum adsorption air flow: 38,950 Nm³/h. Maximum purge air flow: 2,050 Nm³/h. Maximum desorption air flow: 2,050 Nm³/h. Maximum desorption concentration at the outlet: 5,700 mg/Nm³. The zeolite concentrator includes the following devices: • Process gas inlet to the intake chamber. • Adsorption chamber with 1 rotor-concentrator. • 1 desorption sector. • 1 purge air sector. • Process gas outlet to the intake chamber. • Flanges and pipes are required.
