HEAVY DUTY Construction – Stability and Durability
The machine body is built using HEAVY DUTY technology from steel profiles with wall thickness up to 10 mm. The entire frame is welded, thermally stress-relieved, and precision-milled on CNC machining centers, guaranteeing excellent rigidity and vibration resistance. A dense cross-frame structure under the working table ensures stability even during heavy machining operations. Reinforced gantry supports maintain perfect precision during high-speed multi-axis work and dynamic acceleration.
Automatic Tool Changer ATC
The machine features a 12-position linear automatic tool changer (ATC) that allows dynamic tool changes without stopping the machining cycle or manual operator intervention. The integrated tool position recognition system ensures seamless operation of complex programs involving surface milling, drilling, roughing, and finishing.
9 kW Spindle – Power and Accuracy
The 9 kW spindle operates at up to 24,000 rpm and is mounted on full ceramic bearings, providing maximum accuracy, smooth operation, and long service life. This configuration guarantees perfect surface finish and precision even under intensive, long-term use.
Drive and Motion System
Equipped with four full AC servo drives by Leadshine (1500 W each), including dual-drive on the Y-axis. The torque is transmitted via NIDEC SHIMPO planetary gear reducers, minimizing backlash and ensuring smooth, stable movement. The linear guideways (PMI 30 mm) and helical racks provide optimal contact area, reducing vibration and noise.
Control System NK-105 G3
The NK-105 G3 controller is an intuitive and reliable CNC control system offering precise feed rate and spindle speed adjustment, base point setting, and real-time process monitoring. Fully compatible with CAD/CAM software, it is ideal for both beginners and advanced users.
Hybrid Working Table
The hybrid working table combines vacuum hold-down technology with mechanical clamping rails, allowing quick and secure fixing of both flat and irregular workpieces. Six vacuum zones enable flexible workspace configuration and maximum efficiency.
