How the DF-60 Aerobic Fermenter Works

The manure is fed into the fermenter through the feeding system, while the rotating drum continuously mixes and homogenizes the compostable mass. The permanent rotation ensures uniform distribution of temperature, moisture, and oxygen, which are essential for stable and efficient aerobic fermentation.

The drum operates at approximately 240 rotations per day, and continuous aeration maintains optimal conditions for aerobic decomposition. During the process, the organic mass naturally heats up, contributing to the destruction of unwanted bacteria, pathogens, and weed seeds.
